We take an innovative approach to learning and development, bringing together non-traditional teams of artists, educators, and industry experts to craft one-of-a-kind corporate training and education. Meet the founder

Greetings! My name is Jesse, and I'm so proud to lead our mighty team of experts and innovators!

As an artist and performer, I fancy myself a playful disruptor in the L&D space, crafting eduction and training experiences that just hit a little differently.

I bring a dual Master of Social Work (MSW) - Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a certificate in Lean management.

Prior to starting JFBS, I spent more than a decade in the healthcare sector, working as a community educator, hospital leader, and consultant. I love leveraging my professional background to support the development of others!

While I'm based out of St. Louis, MO, I enjoy traveling and learning other languages. (You may catch me saying hello from France or Germany. Follow my adventures on my blog!)

Outside of JFBS, I stay busy in performing arts and am quick to gush about my brainy and hilarious nephews.
